Northern Areas Council will be conducting a DrumMuster collection during October 2017. No bookings required.

DrumMuster is a national program set up for the collection and recycling of clean, empty and non-returnable chemical containers. One of the greatest problems for crop and animal production farmers is disposing of such containers.

It will soon be time for local farmers to take advantage of the program once again.

Only containers carrying the drumMUSTER logo will be accepted.

All containers must be correctly cleaned both inside and out (including threads) and allowed to drain to ensure they don’t contain rinse water (refer to Avcare Standard for Effective Rinsing brochure available from your local chemical reseller) or go to www.drummuster.com.au.    Unclean or partly filled containers cannot be accepted.
